The United States Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) has been accused of involvement in drug trafficking. 

Books and investigations on the subject that have received general notice include works by historian Alfred McCoy; professor and diplomat Peter Dale Scott; and journalists Gary Webb, Michael C. Ruppert and Alexander Cockburn, as well as by writer Larry Collins. 

These claims have led to investigations by the United States government, including hearings and reports by "the United States House of Representatives", "Senate", "Department of Justice", and "the CIA's Office of the Inspector General". The subject remains controversial.

The very beginnings of what is now known as the Central Intelligence Agency, or CIA, started in 1942. This was done, of course in response to the US involvement in WWII under the name of the Office of Strategic Services (OSS).  The role of the OSS was to collect and analyze information required by the Joint Chiefs of Staff for their war efforts and to conduct special operations that are not assigned to other agencies.

After the war, the OSS was mostly dismantled and transferred to the State and War Departments.

 Next came the Cold War and under the National Security Act of 1947, the CIA was born.  At first, its limits were similar to the OSS, but in 1949 the Central Intelligence Agency Act was passed, which allowed the Agency to be excluded from the budget limitations of other agencies.

Notably, CIA funds could be handed to other agencies, then handed back to the CIA to ensure the secrecy of the Agency’s budget.

THE VIETNAM WAR

This leads us to the Vietnam War and the CIA’s secret war in Laos.  While officially neutral, Laos was a major staging area for the North Vietnamese.  The Ho Chi Minh trail, which was a paved highway running parallel to Vietnam, was used to move troops into and out of the country.

Golden Triangle

During the Korean War, the first allegations of CIA drug trafficking surfaced after 1949, stemming from a deal whereby arms were supplied to "Chiang Kai-shek's" defeated generals in exchange for intelligence.

Later in the same region, while the CIA was sponsoring a "Secret War" in Laos from 1961 to 1975, it was openly accused of trafficking heroin in the area then known as "the Golden Triangle".

To fight its "Secret War" against "the Pathet Lao communist movement of Laos", the CIA used the Miao/Meo (Hmong) population. 

Because of the war, the Hmong depended upon opium poppy cultivation for hard currency. The Plain of Jars had been captured by "Pathet Lao" fighters in 1964, which resulted in the Royal Lao Air Force being unable to land its C-47 transport aircraft on the Plain of Jars for opium transport.

The Royal Laotian Air Force had almost no light planes that could land on the dirt runways near the mountaintop poppy fields. Having no way to transport their opium, the Hmong were faced with economic ruin. 

The CIA front "Air America" was, therefore, the only airline available in northern Laos. According to several unproven sources, "Air America" began flying opium from mountain villages north and east of "the Plain of Jars" to CIA asset "Hmong General Vang Pao's headquarters at Long Tieng"

The North Vietnamese also sponsored a communist rebellion to put pressure on the Laotian government. The CIA, in an effort to counter this without direct military involvement, began arming and training around 30,000 hill people.  The way the Laotian army was kept supplied was by a CIA owned company called "Air America".

Air America operated in Southeast Asia from 1950 until 1976. Its official purpose was to bring weapons and supplies to the CIA surrogate.

General Vang  Pao commanded the military region 2 in northern Laos.

The CIA would bring in weapons and supplies and would export opium to sell in the United States to continue to finance their efforts. 

According to "Fred Platt", a former pilot in Laos:, 

"When a farmer raised a crop of opium, what he got for his year’s worth of work was the equivalent of 35 to 40 US dollars." 

He followed with: 

"that amount of opium, was it refined to its morphine base, then into morphine, then into heroin and appeared on the streets of New York, that 35 dollar crop of opium could be worth $50,000, $60,000 or sometimes reaching upward to a hundred thousand dollars in 1969."  

After the Vietnam conflict wound to a close, the CIA shifted its sights elsewhere.

THE CIA BACKED CONTRA REBELS

In 1986, it was discovered by the United States Senate Committee that the CIA backed Contra rebels, were smuggling cocaine into the United States. Most reports claim that this was done by CIA owned planes that again were bringing weapons and supplies and taking out drugs that were sold on the streets.

A reporter by the name of "Gary Webb" exposed this in a series of articles published in the San Jose Mercury News.

These articles investigated Nicaraguans linked to the CIA-backed Contras shipping crack cocaine to Los Angeles and funneling part of the profits back to the Contras.

The articles made light that the CIA was aware of this and not only allowed but helped this to happen. "Gary Webb" also wrote the series "Dark Alliance": "the CIA, the Contras, and the Crack Cocaine Explosion" which went into further detail about these events.

In 2004, "Gary Webb" was reported as having committed suicide by not one, but two gunshots to the head.

In 1989, "Manuel Noriega" was overthrown in Panama by "Operation Just Cause". 

"Noriega" was a CIA asset and he was trained in "intelligence and counterintelligence at the School of the Americas in Fort Gullick", Panama in 1967. 

He also received a course in "psychological operations at Ft. Bragg, North Carolina" and remained on the CIA payroll until 1988. 

When the DEA tried to indict "Noriega" in 1971, for drug trafficking, the CIA prevented them from doing so. Noriega had been providing assistance to "Contra" group in "Nicaragua" at the request of the US who in turn overlooked his drug dealing activities, which they had known about since the 60’s. 

The decision to finally remove "Noriega" from power was the result of the shooting down of the CIA pilot 

"Eugene Hasenfus". 

Documents aboard the plane revealed many details involving the connection between the CIA and "Noriega" and how the CIA knew of his activities and allowed them to continue.

THE CIA AND THE MUJAHIDEEN.

In the 1980’s the CIA supported "Mujahideen" rebels in Afganistan via "Operation Cyclone". The rebels were also involved heavily in drug smuggling.

The main CIA client was "Gulbuddin Hekmatyar", a leading drug lord, and heroin refiner.

The CIA supplied truck and mules to carry arms in and on the way out used them to carry opium to the refiners. The output from this operation was said to amount to around half of the heroin supply in the United States.

For a time the "DEA" referred to "Afganistan" as the new Columbia of the drug world.

THE WAR ON TERROR.

In 2000 "The Taliban" ordered opium production to cease, dropping the opium coming from "Afganistan" to almost zero. 

After the events of 9/11, the United States invaded "Afganistan" and once again it has become the heroin capital of the world.

It is rather clear that the CIA has been facilitating the production of many illicit drugs and allowed the shipping of them back into the United States. 

The excuses seem to range from the need to gain intelligence in areas of the world to the need to support someone who is helping the people we want. The cost is the health and lives of American citizens.

Mena, Arkansas

Several theories exist regarding "Mena Intermountain Municipal Airport", its alleged connection to the CIA, and even the involvement of figures such as "Oliver North" and former "presidents George H. W. Bush" and "Bill Clinton".


The CIA's self-investigation, overseen by the CIA's inspector general, concluded that the CIA had no involvement in or knowledge of any illegal activities that may have occurred in Mena. The report said that the agency had conducted a training exercise at the airport in partnership with another Federal agency and that companies located at the airport had performed "routine aviation-related services on equipment owned by the CIA"

In October 2013, two former federal agents and an ex-CIA contractor told an American television network that CIA operatives were involved in the kidnapping and murder of DEA covert agent "Enrique Camarena", because he was a threat to the agency's drug operations in Mexico. 

According to the three men, the CIA was collaborating with drug traffickers moving "cocaine" and "marijuana" to the United States, and using its share of the profits to finance "Nicaraguan Contra rebels" attempting to overthrow "Nicaragua's Sandinista government". 

A CIA spokesman responded, calling it "ridiculous" to suggest that the Agency had anything to do with the murder of a US federal agent or the escape of his alleged killer.

The Office of National Drug Control Policy estimates that $100 billion worth of illegal drugs were sold in the U.S. in 2013.

"THE ETERNALBLUE"

EternalBlue, is a cyberattack exploit developed by the U.S. National Security Agency (NSA) according to testimony by former NSA employees.

It was leaked by "The Shadow Brokers" hacker group on April 14, 2017, and was used as part of "The worldwide WannaCry" ransomware attack on May 12, 2017.

The exploit was also used to help carry out "The 2017 NotPetya cyberattack" on June 27, 2017 and reported to be used as part of "The Retefe banking trojan" since at least September 5, 2017.

"EternalBlue" exploits a vulnerability in "Microsoft's" implementation of "the Server Message Block" (SMB) protocol. This vulnerability is denoted by entry "CVE-2017-0144" in "the Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures" (CVE) catalog. 

The vulnerability exists because the SMB version 1 (SMBv1) server in various versions of "Microsoft Windows" mishandles specially crafted packets from remote attackers, allowing them to execute arbitrary code on the target computer.

"The NSA" did not alert "Microsoft" about the vulnerabilities, and held on to it for more than five years before the breach forced its hand. The agency then warned "Microsoft" after learning about "EternalBlue’s" possible theft, allowing the company to prepare a software patch issued in March 2017, after delaying its regular release of security patches in February 2017.

On Tuesday, March 14, 2017, "Microsoft" issued "security bulletin MS17-010", which detailed the flaw and announced that patches had been released for all Windows versions that were currently supported at that time, these being "Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012, and Windows Server 2016."

Many Windows users had not installed the patches when, two months later on May 12, 2017, "the WannaCry ransomware" attack used "the EternalBlue" vulnerability to spread itself. The next day, "Microsoft" released emergency security patches for the unsupported "Windows XP, Windows 8, and Windows Server 2003."

In February 2018, "EternalBlue" was ported to all Windows operating systems since "Windows 2000" by "RiskSense security" researcher "Sean Dillon". "EternalChampion" and "EternalRomance", two other exploits originally developed by "the NSA" and leaked by "The Shadow Brokers", were also ported at the same event. They were made available as open sourced Metasploit modules.

At the end of 2018, millions of systems were still vulnerable to "EternalBlue". This has led to millions of dollars in damages due primarily to ransomware worms. Following the massive impact of "WannaCry", both "NotPetya" and "BadRabbit" caused over $1 billion worth of damages in over 65 countries, using "EternalBlue" as either an initial compromise vector or as a method of lateral movement.

In May 2019, Baltimore struggled with a cyberattack by digital extortionists using "EternalBlue". The attack froze thousands of computers, shut down email and disrupted real estate sales, water bills, health alerts and many other services. 

Since 2012, four Baltimore City chief information officers have been fired or have resigned; two left while under investigation. 

"The EternalBlue" tool relies on a flaw in "Microsoft software", though the company issued a patch before the leakers posted the tools online.

Many systems remain vulnerable two years later, but the existence of the patch prompted some security researchers to argue Saturday that the responsibility for the Baltimore breach lies with the city. 

Security consultant "Rob Graham" wrote in a tweet: 

"If an organization has substantial numbers of Windows machines that have gone 2 years without patches, then that’s squarely the fault of the organization, not Eternalblue".

Responsibility.

According to "Microsoft", it was "the United States's NSA" that was responsible, by dint of its controversial strategy of "stockpiling of vulnerabilities", for, at the least, preventing "Microsoft" from timely public patching of this, and presumably other, hidden bugs.

EternalRocks.

"EternalRocks" or "MicroBotMassiveNet" is a computer worm that infects "Microsoft Windows". It uses seven exploits developed by "the NSA".

Comparatively, "the WannaCry ransomware program" that infected 230,000 computers in May 2017 only uses two "NSA" exploits, making researchers believe "EternalRocks" to be significantly more dangerous.

The worm was discovered via honeypot.


"EternalBlue" was among the several exploits used, in conjunction with "the DoublePulsar backdoor implant tool".

Infection.
"EternalRocks" first installs "Tor", a private network that conceals "Internet activity", to access its hidden servers. After a brief 24 hour "incubation period", the server then responds to the malware request by downloading and self-replicating on the "host" machine.


The malware even names itself "WannaCry" to avoid detection from security researchers. 

Unlike "WannaCry", "EternalRocks" does not possess a kill switch and is not ransomware.

The US Military is increase it military spending with 104 %. The actual spending will take the US into a record territory, but what is it used for, all the 721 Billion dollars, and then there is the "Black project" no body knows about, that is about 5-600 Billion dollars more, so in total it`s 1.300 Trillion dollars very year.

And in 2018 was The US military global defense spending over 1.67 Trillion dollars, and at the same time 2 million American living for 2 dollar a day.

Is that the country you want to live in, "The Land of the Free", it should be called "The Land of the Poor and Hungry".

Last time I looked, the US was called "The United Stats of America" and not "The United Stats of The World".

I have always said, that "The United Stats" is the greatest threat to world peace. And if they keep going like they do now, then there will start a 3rd world war, but it will all be against "the United States", and those who are forced to help "the United States", like "England", and maybe "France".

1: $360 million spent by the US has ended up in the hands of the Taliban via profiteering, bribery and extortion.

2: $20.2 billion spent on air conditioning in Iraq and Afghanistan.

3: $363 million spent on weight loss surgery for military family members.

4: $11 billion per year is wasted or lost in Iraq. This could have paid the salary of 220,000 teachers.

5: If $1 billion were spent on green investments, health care or education rather than military it would generate 5,000 to 17,000 jobs.

6: The yearly cost of stationing one soldier in Iraq could feed 60 American families.

7: The Pentagon spends more on war than all 50 states combined spend on health, education, welfare and safety.

I'll try to explain why there is war in "Iraq and Afghanistan" and why "Americans" would like to wage war with "Iran".

The war in "Iraq" and "Afghanistan" is called by the Americans, "The War on Terror", but we know today that is a big big lie. 

The wars in the Middle East are claimed to be for democracy, human rights or against Islamic terrorism, but these fig leaves cannot cover the interest in the resources and strategic location of the Middle East, far from the homeland, especially the West led by the United States to keep The US War Machine running, to do "The Vatican" and "The Jews" dirty work for them to keep their power and wealth.

The Middle East is a crucial strategic piece for the United States in their competition with Russia and China as "The World Superpower".


Syrian gov’t accuses US, French, Turkish troops of stealing artifacts from Syria.

The Syrian Foreign Ministry has condemned what it said were illegal excavation works by US, in areas of Syria under their control, including ancient sites at "Manbij", "Afrin", "Idlib", "Hasaka", and "Raqqa".

The Syrian government has devoted considerable resources to the search for looted artifacts, and is working with international authorities to recover treasures illegally smuggled abroad by criminal enterprises during the terrorist occupation.

But if you look at all the places where the American soldiers have occupied areas are by all the important ancient cities of ancient times.

One can only see for many countries "The US" has military bases in, to control people's knowledge so they can manipulate them to do what they want you to do...!

And then you can take "Russia" and look too many countries "Russians" have bases in outside "Russia".

Being able to control this vital energy area - including control over the countries - is a must for the United States.

And if you look where all information about the creation of man and Earth, is and exists is in the Persian Gulf, better known as "Iraq", "Iran", "Syria" and "Afghanistan".

And funny enough, the only country that "Americans" has not occupied is the country "The Jews" and "The Vatican" hate most, also is the country where most of the information about "The Holy Bible" and "God" is found, is "IRAN".

And that is why "The US" and "The Jews" with "The Vatican", what to start a war with Iran, so they can get hold of the last evidence that "The Bible" is written on a lie and that "God" is a "Extraterrestrial".

We all know today, that 9/11 was devised and executed by "Mossad agents" along with "American Jews" who will do everything for that it is Amerikaneske lives there are lost, and no Israeli lives, when Americans go to war for the Jews.

Because "The Vatican" and "The Jews", knows that, if the people of the world finds out that "God" as they have learned not exist and that the real "God" is a "Extraterrestrial".

In addition, after centuries of being occupied by "aliens", "the Vatican", represented by insider "Monsignor Balducci", has appeared on national television in Italy to state that extraterrestrial contact is real. "Balducci" has said that extraterrestrials: 

"are NOT demonic, they are NOT due to psychological impairment, they are NOT a case of entity attachment, but these encounters deserve to be studied carefully."

Various researchers over the decades have claimed that "the Vatican" has been quite aware of "alien" presences for centuries, so this "admission" would not be exactly a surprise.

What also is not a surprise is that, despite the probability of extraterrestrial life somewhere in the universe, "the Catholic Church" will cling to its claim that a Jewish carpenter "always remains the center of the Universe..." 

No worries at all for those who have been concerned that the revelation of the existence of alien life in the cosmos would somehow affect Earth's religions in a detrimental way! 

It seems that humans will always find a way to remain entrenched in their conditioning, no matter how strong the evidence against it.

How much power do you think "The Catholic Church" and "The Jews" would have in the rest of the world. That their entire existence is built around a great lie, in order for them to have power over people, and at the same time make themselves rich.

And if we start with "The Bible". "The New Testament" was taken from "The Old Testament"..

In 1849s British archaeologists discovered 14 tablets in "Sumeria". Today these are the oldest know writings, and they date back to the 24th century BC.

The development of "Sumerian" civilization occurred in the Persian Gulf while growing to strength over time. The plain of the land "Shinar" is the territory that was renamed to "Babylon" after 2000 BC, these people lived in "The Middle East" on the territory we know as "Iran" and "Iraq" today.

The Greeks gave it the name "Mesopotamia" and which was commonly referred to as "The land between two rivers", most of this region lies in the modern state of "Iraq".

While the stories on them share much of what other ancient writings say, they put a whole new spin on the other ancient sacred text.


While they do refer to a "Father of All Beginnings" or some kind of "Ultimate Supreme Being" or "Universal Cosmic God".

Can you see the bigger picture now, if you don`t, take a cup of tea, and sit down and keep reading, for here we start the real trut about who we are and what there is going to happen in the future with the human here on Earth.

It all started in the 24th centruy BC, where "the Sumerians" wrote about "The Anunnaki" arrival to Earth. And are the oldest know writings here on Earth.

The US Military are in "Iraq - Syria - Turkey - Saudi - Jordan - Egypt - Afghanistan" to delete all tracks, there should have been a "Super Race" from another planet here on Earth thousands of years before human history began to rise long before "Jesus" was born and "the Bible" was written..

For the Bible is written after ancient "Sumerian" texts that they had learned from "The Anunnaki" when they came to Earth 430,000 years ago.

And when you read the Bible, there are so many errors and contradictions that one can not help but think about it is written that the few could control the many.

"The Anunnaki" was called "THOSE OF ROYAL BLOOD", and there is people today, that think that is there right to rule the world, because they think that descended from "The Anunnaki" and is therefore "THOSE OF ROYAL BLOOD".

And who are they, "THOSE OF ROYAL BLOOD". That I will leave it up to you to decide.

But I believe, that you know, who is behind everything here and that you, like myself, want this stuff stopped and that we just want to know the TRUTH, and NO MORE lies.
