A popular Brazilian philanthropist and psychic medium "Chico Xavier" could see and talk with spirits and multidimensional beings from whom he received future predictions. 

One of which was—contact with aliens must happen by July 2019. The consequences that can prevent it from happening, he told as well.

"Chico Xavier" lived from 1910 to 2002, and in his 92 years he wrote almost 500 books, and was known for his psychographic abilities.

Psychography is the ability of channeling information into written form or simply writing down predictions without using a conscious mind. 

Using this spiritual technique, "Chico Xavier" once wrote down information that helped an innocent man get out of jail.

"Chico" earned a lot of respect and trust from people because he never charged for his services; whenever he used his gifts, he did so for free to help others.

"Chico" used psychography to gather information on many topics and to make predictions.

Among some of his most known pieces of information are:

• "Jesus" is a member of an intergalactic council that helps take care of Earth. When he came down here, it was to help us by teaching humans about love and kindness.
• "Aliens" will come and help us develop Earth if we survive until July, 2019.
• He wrote 56 poems that dead poets wanted to write while still alive.
• He predicted that he would die on a day of celebration, and he did, on the day Brazilian football team won its fifth World Cup.

Contact with Aliens, WWIII, and The Last 50 Years

According to "Chico’s" psychography (as said in a 1971 interview), the intergalactic council decided to give humanity one last chance to save our plant and find peace on Earth.

The deadline for this agreement was pit in place exactly 50 years. And it is now.

If humans were to start a nuclear war during this time, we would fail the test, and Earth itself would create natural disasters to finish us off.

July 20, 1969’s Moon Landing

The day of the agreement between the intergalactic council members was on July 20, 1969. 

It is the date of "Neil Armstrong" became the first man to step on the moon.

This showed some potential for humankind, yet those attending the council meeting were concerned about people harming the planet, and nuclear question created a lot of concern, along with other weapons on Earth. 

"If humankind chooses the worst option – to start a nuclear war, the one who will put an end to it will be Earth itself, exhausted by human excesses, of human exploitation of natural resources and the punishment of nature. The Earth itself will respond with devastating earthquakes and volcanoes, leading to unimaginable effects, especially for the northern hemisphere of the planet. July 2019 Is The Deadline?

Since the agreement happened in July, 1969, it makes July 2019 the deadline, which he called "The Final Hour." 

If humanity was to find peace in the last 50 years, people would all rise to a new higher level of consciousness. There would (eventually) no longer be war, disease, or suffering. 

Humanity would live as one and be ready to meet our other intergalactic brothers and sisters. 

"Chico’s" prediction may be understood in the way that since nuclear war did not happen, we have made it. Is real contact with aliens next?  "Chico" thought so.

Q: So which one is it.

Q: Are you a descendent of humans or not?

A: We are evolutionary descendants of Sapiens. But we can no longer breed with your kind. Therefore we are a new species.

Q: You said you know the origin of the Universe, but you did not provide an explanation. So I ask you again.

Q: Again, how was the Universe created so miraculously?

A: This universe is a spontaneous event and inevitable whitin the eternity of existence. 

Every event can, will, and has happened. Including this universe. There are an infinite number of universes. Virtually all cannot harbor so-called life.

This universe is, by chance, stable. And has the occasional capacity to harbor so-called life.

Q: So life "just happened", right?

A: In this universe, yes. Life, as you call it, is an inevitable consequence of this universe`s physical properties.

Q: So are you telling me, we`re just random?

A: Yes. This universe is indifferent to so-called life.

Q: How so?

A: Life on this and every world can be destroyed at any time by a multitude of random events.

Q: Such as?

A: What you would term supernova - solar flare - asteroid impact.

Q: So the Universe doesn`t care if we live or die?

A: Correct.

Q: I don`t believe that for a second, we`re more than just random.

A: As I said, you are not capable of accepting the thuths of existence.

Q: So if we`re just "random", then there`s no meaning to the Universe.

A: That is correct.

Q: So if there`s no meaning in the Universe, then what`s the point of living?

A: There is meaning.

Q: You just contradicted yourself again.

A: Meaning lives in the mind.

Q: No no no. You can`t live a full life. You can`t live a life at all, if you think that meaning is somehow made up.

A: Your species conjures meaning, but operates under the false belief that meaning is a mystical plan. It is not.

MOON LANDING 

TAPES GOT ERASED, 

NASA ADMITS

The original recordings of the first humans landing on the moon 40 years ago were erased and re-used, but newly restored copies of the original broadcast look even better, NASA officials said on Thursday.

NASA released the first glimpses of a complete digital make-over of the original landing footage that clarifies the blurry and grainy images of Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin walking on the surface of the moon.


The full set of recordings, being cleaned up by Burbank, California-based Lowry Digital, will be released in September.

NASA admitted that no one could find the original video recordings of the July 20, 1969, landing.

Since then, Richard Nafzger, an engineer at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center in Maryland, who oversaw television processing at the ground-tracking sites during the Apollo 11 mission, has been looking for them.


The good news is he found where they went. The bad news is they were part of a batch of 200,000 tapes that were degaussed — magnetically erased — and re-used to save money.

"The goal was live TV," Nafzger told a news conference.

"We should have had a historian running around saying ‘I don’t care if you are ever going to use them — we are going to keep them’," 

he said.

They found good copies in the archives of CBS news and some recordings called kinescopes found in film vaults at Johnson Space Center.

Lowry, best known for restoring old Hollywood films, has been digitizing these along with some other bits and pieces to make a new rendering of the original landing.

Nafzger does not worry that using a Hollywood-based company might fuel the fire of conspiracy theorists who believe the entire lunar program that landed people on the moon six times between 1969 and 1972 was staged on a movie set or secret military base.


"This company is restoring historic video. It mattered not to me where the company was from," 

Nafzger said.

"The conspiracy theorists are going to believe what they are going to believe," added Lowry Digital Chief Operating Officer Mike Inchalik.

And there may be some unofficial copies of the original broadcast out there somewhere that were taken from a NASA video switching center in Sydney, Australia, the space agency said. Nafzger said someone else in Sydney made recordings too.


"These tapes are not in the system," Nafzger said. "We are certainly open to finding them."

Then everyone else we can ask each other, "Have they ever been over low Earth orbit".

Me personally, "That it was all a police coverup representation, to show the Russians that NASA / Military also could send something in to space".

Because today I have so many evidence that we can not pass "Low Earth Orbit" and that is why the Russians would not throw more money after a Moon landing because it simply cannot be done.

But in the United States, there is a group that "threatens - lies and kills", people who want to tell you everything is a lie.

It is also the same group of people who want to keep knowledge of "Free Energy - UFO Technology", so everyone on earth would live in a pure world, and no one would go to bed hungry.

One day I hope they will pay for what they have done to people here on earth, and maybe on other planets, and that I am there when they are sentenced to death for their works.

And before I leave this world, I hope to experience this and be present, by their execution.

Major event to strike !

The EU Commission and Russian and American leaders have all been called into urgent meetings.

The world are convening, there`s an emergency happening, and total media blackout, they`re saying no need for concern and again this is a display what would happen in case of emergency. 

Nobody would know anthing, the leaders would be protected and isolated and the people will be left without having any idea, what is going on.

So "Vladimir Putin" stops what he`s doing and calls an urgent meeting.

"Vladimir Putin" calls urgent meeting with his defence minister after 14 Russian sailors die in submarine fire.

The 14 sailors die on secretive Russian Nuclear Submarine.

It is reported in Russia, is that the submarine caught fire and the sailors died from smoke inhalation.

This is a very secretive military sub, they do reconnaissance, what are the most secretive ones in their arsenal and they do deep-sea diving.

We don`t really know the cause of it yet, but we find it interesting, because things are happening in the background right now, which I feel is a byproduct of what we should expect if something major is about to happen.

The media, they`re not giving a reason for the Russian fire, this could be an accident, it could be something even worse, we don`t know, but we do know that "Mike Pence" is kind of no lockdown in DC, we`re not seening anything coming out of Trump`s for us, his "Twitter" account or anything like that.

At the same time "Vice President Mike Pence" has abruptly canceled a planned trip to New Hampshire, but the White House and his office refuse to say why.

And then all these national security offcials start coming out, saying, "No need for concren, no need for concren", any time they say that, usually is a red flag for me, that`s when you should be concrened, when they tell you not to be concrened.

And at the same time are "the US Government" busy with another provocation to distract the public – what seems to be "Vice President Mike Pence’s" planned walking out of the football game after players kneeled during the singing of the national anthem in protest.

In the background lies the fear, shared by those in both "Israel" and "the United States", that the pandemonium which characterizes all the administration’s actions is already being exploited by more disciplined, sophisticated players in "Moscow", "Beijing" and "Tehran".

"The US President’s" behavior, as can be understood, is a clear and present danger to the world.

But what`s an advanced Russian Warship doing in Havana Harbor?

And why is "Vice President Mike Pence" in loke down in Washington DC.?

Can it have anything to do with "Iran".?

"The UN" confirms that "Iran" has breached 2015 Nuclear agreement with "Obama".

Iran's Foreign Minister, "Mohammad Javad Zarif", denies that "Iran" has broken the nuclear agreement.

Here are questions and answers on whether "Iran" has violated its agreement, the possible consequences and what could happen next.

"Israel" has said, if "Iran" goes be on that, then it is a red line


The situation in Washington, unprecedented by any standard, requires "Israel", too, to act with extreme caution. "Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu", in his speeches and discussions behind the scenes, is pressuring "Trump" to cancel or change the nuclear agreement between the six world powers and "Iran". 

The agreement reached in "Vienna" in summer 2015 is full of defects, but it is doubtful that "Netanyahu" (or any other leader) can predict how "Trump" will act in case of conflict with the Iranians.

Is a big conflict about to occur, I`ve always thought if anybody`s goona hit "Iran", definitely "Israel" will, because that`s their primary rival in the Middle East, they`ve always said they`re not gonna let them go over certain amount of enrichment and then the US would follow suit, they`re our number one ally in world, so what is happening there, because "The Strait of Hormuz" is not necessarily as important to us, obviously as protecting "Israel`s" interests, so say "Iran" did shut down "The Strait of Hormuz", we`re so energy independent now, we literally export our own energy, we`re very energy independent due to policies "Donald Trump" has implemented, which I absolutely give him so much credit for.

So really, ones who are looking to keep "The Strait of Hormuz" open, is "China", is "Russia", so if "Israel" did strike "Iran" or if there was a major conflict, "Iran" will have no choice, but to close "The Strait of Hormuz" and I don`t think that "Russia" and "China" would blame "Iran", they would blame the US for that and that is their number one supply to energy and so with the European countries. 

So something is happening in the background and again the mainstream media is number one job, is they`d like to do, is just give you a distraction, so we don`t really know what`s going on here, because the number one job again is to not tell you, so the only people who can protect yourselves is yourselves, protecting your future, because if something hits it`s all black out and you`re not gonna know what`s gonna happen.

So I`m gonna keep following on the story, I find it kind of interesting how things happen in this order, there`s emergency meetings taking place, there`s probably more than that, not just with "Russia" and not just here in "the United States", so something is happening, but don`t worry, "no need for concern"

There is a group, that has malice aforethought and has planned to launch these assets in a way that would look like 100%, like an attack on our planet or on human assets, calling it "Alien", when it`s being run by people.

I call it "The Wizard of Oz", so you these guys, it`s like you "The Wizard of Oz", remember at the end, they pulled the curtain back and there`s this crud mudgin pulling all the levers scaling, scaring the hell out of Dorothy.

I call it "The Wizard of Oz" effect, but it`s very sophisticated and we should not underestimate their capacity. 

Back some years ago, in Washington, prior to the National Press Club event in 2001, a private briefing for Congress, that was at "the Westin Hotel" in Georgetown and there were a number of people there in chairmen of committees and "Mitchell" was there, he`s passed on now and one of the gentlemen, who was there, was a man who had been on an interagency committee in 1974, now this is 42 years ago and the testimony he was going to provide, to those members of Congress and other people, there was a science advisor for "Vice President Al Gore" there, all kinds of folks.

We had this capability I`m telling you about today in November of 2016 and all they would have to do, is to push a button, boom, and the entire event would roll out and he said, everyone on planet Earth would be fooled.

Now if I had heard that only from one person, I would have discounted it as madness. I`ve heard it from one person after another after another after another, on a granular level and now we have an "Air Force Office of  Special Investigations Counterintelligence Officer", confirming the false flag operations, but he would not discuss, he says that`s still very secret, that`s very secret, I can`t talk about that.

We haven`t on camera jumping out of his skin, because I asked the question in a way that he understood, "Do you know about the deceptive craft and the false sighing".

No one else running the cameras knew what that term meant, he did. Now what happens then, when you have a black operation, that is so secretive that they could pull off a stunt like this.

It means they could stampede the entire world into an independence day, like the movie event. Has this already been beta tested : Yes.

So they beta tested and have been testing on the public, sightings, that are man-made UFOs, often piggybacking on sightings of actually ET craft, so that people are confused, don`t have any discernment.

They`ve also been involved in using first the stage craft of little people and I mean no offence to short people, I know sometimes people get prickly, when I talk about this, but "Special Operations Folks", who are under five feet and with certain makeup and masks on these anti-gravity machines, who would go then and abduct people.

So there have been abbuction squads, which are confirmed by this "Air Force Intelligence Officer", that have been operative for decades and when it has suited "The Intelligence Community" they have engaged inhuman adbuctions that a hundred percent full those poor victims, who really think they were abducted by an "ET" and they weren`t, but it sure looks like it.

Now there are two modalities used here, the aircraft itself which is an anti craft, "the stagecraft" initially were "Special Operations personnel", now they have robot ones that look actually like certain species of "ETs" (Extraterretrial Biological Entities) in the evens, but they`re man-made, I know several people who worked on making these creatures and they`ve been called "programmed life-forms", but they have intergrated circuits in their neural complex, 100% man-made, but they would absolutely fool 99.9999999 to out 200 decimal points, anyone in the public that it was exraterrestrial.

Those were fully operational, have been for decades. The early ones were more clumsy attempts, it`s also donning in association with electromagnetic weapon systems that alter awareness, can make you blackout and certain chemicals drugs, canisters that will be thrown and the person will then pass out, have no memory what happened and then awaken with this other event happened having been abducted by an extraterrestrial.

A lot of people said, "Oh, Dr. Greer says no one`s ever been abducted", they have and they attempted to abduct "Dr. Greer", out of his hotel room at the "St. Moritz Hotel" in July in 1994, when he met with "Prince Von Lichtenstein", so he is one of those victims.

I know what they`re capable of, the difference with him, is that he knew what it was.

Now this gets more complex and we haven`t scratched the surface and I don`t know how disturbed you are yet, but it`s going to get worse, take a deep breath.

In 1989 there was a guy named "Mikhail Gobachev" who`s head of the Soviet Union and during the late period of the "Bush" era "President George HW Bush", who had been "CIA" director and he was a mid-level person on this "Magic Committee", "Majority Intelligence Committee" or "Majestic" and he and "Gobachev" and "Javier Pérez de Cuéllar" who is "The Secretary of The United Nations" and others, were planning to disclose that we weren`t alone , in a event, a disclosure event in November of 1989.

"Javier Pérez de Cuéllar" was abducted out of his motorcade at about 3 am in New York City by "aliens", now I put in parentheses aliens, meaning human asset and he was taken on board human-controlled abduction event and told that if he were to continue with that plan, that the "aliens", would abduct everyone involved, including "The President of the United States" and "Prince Hans-Adam II Von Lichtenstein", told "Dr Steven Greer" this personally, because he was personal friends with "Javier Pérez de Cuéllar".

The "Prince Hans-Adam II Von Lichtenstein" said to "Dr. Steven Greer", this is why I don`t believe you`ll be successful at disclosing the extra-terrestrial presence and "Dr. Steven Greer" just smiled and said, "Well I believe you have it backwards" and he did not know, this was in July of 1994, of the ability of the intelligence community to set up a hoxa of someone, like a world figure, like the head of the United Nations that actually happened.

Now because of that, "Gobachev", "Bush", "Javier Pérez de Cuéllar" and others involved cancelled the plans to let the public know we weren`t alone, because they were concerned that and "Dr. Steven Greer" was told, quot: "Prince Hans-Adam II Von Lichtenstein" that this blew up like an atomic bomb in the Bush White House and they said, we were staying out of this now.

And ever since then, no one in that office wanted to deal with this, because they don`t know what`s "ET" and now what`s human and the stagecraft and the ability to interfere with plans by people who are "Congressman" or "UN Secretary General`s" or "Presidents", is so great that none of them want to risk that happening to them, because in those elite circles, trust me, I go to a lot of meetings, those folks don`t want that to happen to them or worse.

This is why, when I got this information to "President Bill Clinton" via his "CIA director" two months or a month later, a very good friend of the "Clinton" family came to my home and said, well they support what you`re recommending, but they`re afraid that if "President Clinton" does this, he will end up like "Jack Kennedy", I laughed, I thought he was joking and he says, what are you laughing at, I`m being serious, this guy was a jokester, sort of bagman for the Democratic Party fundraiser and I said, well if that`s true, we really are in trouble.

Now that was in January of 1994 and you can see why between December of 1993 in the summer 1994, I was canceling my involvement in this subject, I had to be begged to stay in it, was very difficult.

It is how long I`ve known this, so I think that my problem, personally is, who do I share this with and when and with what detail.

I am only scrating the surface and because of what has been happening with the "WikiLeaks", with "John Podesta" Emails about "UFOs".

"The New York Times" reporting on "Hillary`s" interest in it which this was a red line subject, the mainstram media starting to report it, they being unleashed.

To me there are signs out there, that this false flag hoaxing of an attack on the planet is closer, than it`s been in 22 years that I`ve been involved.

Now the gentleman who had this story to tell and who was an official on the inner agency committee, dealing with this specifically who is going to testify in front of these members of Congress at that private meeting in 1997, he told that this was the most difficult thing he`d ever done, because he felt like he was betraying some of his brothers in the intelligence community, but he felt the world needed to know, that night he was sequestered out of the Westin Hotel by people, who he had worked with back in the 70s and taken to an undisclosed location out in Virginia and he never returned and we`ve never heard from him since.

He left a note, saying that I have to leave, the people who I`ve worked with is begging me not to go forward with this testimony and they begging for time for them to get this under control and stand it down.

Unfortunately I do not think he succeeded, I think these rogue elements have prevailed since 1997, there`s almost 20 years later and for that reason we are in mortal danger of being deceived by this.

Now, am I saying that all people who have had contact with "ETs" have been abducted by humans, NO, I`m saying though that if you have trillions of dollars and the kind of technologies I`ve been referring to and you have the intent to masquerade and simulate an "alien contact abduction event", you can do it.

So that is one of the chief issues that we have to begin to think about, what part of what we hear about in the UFO and internet and movies and books, is "ET" interstellar, what part is counterintelligence and propaganda and conditioning events by the intelligence community and by deep deep deep darkest parts of this rogue community, that have betrayed "The United States" and every other country on Earth.

Well I`m telling you that they`re "stagecraft" as they are called, is so good, that there are very few people who would not be deceived by it.

Which means that we have to approach every account we hear, every event that happens with extraordinary scrupulous skepticism and we are not being skeptical enough.

I know I`m building a very long bridge for you to go over and I apologize for that and it`s not my fault that you`ve been lied to for 70 years.

When I was preparing this, my gut check on this, is that what is the right thing for me to do, and that is to send up a call, that this is coming and let`s not get fooled again.

OPERATES ON THE MOON

If you ever wondered why nobody has landed on the Moon for decades or why there isn’t an outpost founded there yet, it is because the maybe these things have already happened but we have been uninformed of it. The answer to these questions seem easy , but they are also very complicated at the same time.

Dr. Micheal Salla has indicated that there is a "Military Industrial Extraterrestrial Complex" or "MIEC" on the Moon’s surface and that Earth is being assimilated by an alien agenda which also operates on Earth’s Moon.

To support of these and other claims the Chinese authorities have spread a photo of what seems to be an artificial plant on the lunar surface, a confirmation of the suspicions that for years secret activities are going on on the Moon and that China can have come into contact with alien visitors. 

The high resolution images would have been taken from the "Chang’e-2" probe launched in October 2010 and remained in low (100 km of height) orbit around the Moon untill June 2011. 

That would explain why so many radio telescopes are searching for signals from aliens, and more being built as we speak, yet no reported signals from aliens were reported to the public.

Other images still to spread would show a nuclear impact crater and building debris, like "Nasa" or other involved spatial agencies have wanted to try to cancel every trace of what could have been a plant of mining extraction, developed in accord with an alien civilization, which would explain the reason for so much secretiveness. 

Such alliance could not be kept secret for a long time, of course, unless it concerns all the main world governments.

There’s a possibility that the world governments have a secret plan to exploit the moon for its minerals, a pact signed together with the other ET species in the Universe, which could explain why this alliance has a secretive nature.

However, since greed is a common trait among humans, there shouldn’t be long until someone is excluded out of this alliance, and eventually disclose this secret project to humanity.

Voices of an alien plant located on the dark side of the Moon have been circulating for years, one of the most famous were brought by "Milton Cooper",a former "Naval Intelligence Officer" who tells us that not only does the "Alien Moon Base" exist but the "U.S. Naval Intelligence Community" refers to the "Alien Moon Base" as "Luna", that there is a huge mining operation going on there, and that is where the aliens keep their huge mother ships while the trips to Earth are made in smaller "flying saucers". 

He explained as such mining complex had been seen and shooted by the astronauts of the "Apollo missions", and as its main objective was to mine the Moon to the search of certain materials. 

The plant wich now seems to appear in the images of the Chinese probe, if they will be confirmed as authentic, is it perhaps what still remain of such complex? 

In this case did China already know its existence or it had been kept in the dark over it?
