This all goes back to Edward Snowden and to the Deep Dark Web. There are documents coming out and getting hacked into coming from the dark WikiLeaks about this actual day.

Now they were supposed to do this on September 20th, but they didn`t, they said they were too busy with Hurricane Florence, but that`s a bunch of crock.

Now in all of the articles they say, one button press and this alert will go out to the entire country.

So one button press and it will be autonomous it`s already worked out with the cell phone companies, but because they are busy with Hurricane Florence, they can`t handle it right now.

Why would they have to handle anything if it`s just an alert that goes back. Well they have to get feedback, they`re going to be pinged every phone in America over 200 carriers, probably more, close to all of them.

There`s a couple of things that you might have to look up, there`s things called "IMSI" catchers, (International Mobile Subscriber Identity) catchers and these things are popping up all over the world, they have argued after Edward Snowden came out with this bombshell of basically how they work and how they gather all of our data.

We found out a lot more about these "IMSI" catchers, they basically tap your phones and police stations all over the world, including New York which has basically admitted since 2008 to using these "IMSI" catchers and not to mention if you`ve ever seen the new stoplight like towers that look like cameras, those are very advanced "IMSI" catchers in New York, so the entrie city of New York is rigged for this all the time and every time you can walk by it, it will catch hundreds  of numbers, hundreds of text messages where they`re going everywhere.

There`s also another thing that came out, that is not even publicized yet, "VPO", (Variable Power On) is a control chip that are being put in phones and they have not even told anybody about this, but their excuse for this is in a emergency situations, you would be able to save battery, if you get trapped in a mountainside, like 127 hours, you could turn off your phone, because if you keep your phone on, waiting to call or for them to find you, then your phone might die.

What they would do is ping your phone, when they get close, it would turn back on and it would send out a signal to turn your phone back on, so even if your phone is off, they would have the power to turn it back on, that would be "the good", "the positive" use for that chip.

This is already in most newer phones "Samsung Galaxy s7" and above, so chek this out.

You have to look for small planes, "IMSI" catchers, they were not ready on the September 20th as far as logistics wise, they are going to have our phones pinged, it very least to cover your phonecamera front and back, if you cannot turn off your cell phone for any reason, then put tape over your camerars.

Imagine this every single phone is pinged with something that could be info, it could be data, and no matter what you`re going to have to press ok to clear it.

It will say this is a test of the national presidential or whatever it says and then it`s going to say no action is needed, but you`re also going to have to press okay to clear that.

At that point you`re going to be looking right at your phone, every single person in America, including we`re talking about prepaid phones, but that is not confirmed.

But they could snap a picture of front and back of whoever`s holding that phone.

And with the current "Face ID" that we have, it can actually go back to even the cheapest phones now, so we are talking about snatching pictures of people that really have not ever been on anything.

Through the dark web, we`re finding out more and more what they are and it is very nefarious with five G all these new technologies coming out.

5G isn`t going to necessarily microwawe you, but it will track your every movement even if you don`t have your phone on.

What I would say is, it`s not going to hurt you to turn off your phone one bit, if it`s just a test, then if they have a "VPO" and we`re able to turn all your phones on, that would be publicized, people would be freaking out because their phones is turned back on.

We might hear this but far as the small planes, "FBI", "CIA", "NSA" and three-letter agencies actually have these planes flying over us almost every single day and people don`t even notice them.

But others can tag along, there are so many different agencies that are using the same technologies.

We`re talking about the "IMSI" catchers that I`m talking about are little machines that you can build straight off of stuff you can buy off the shelves and it will ping back to your phone saying, "Hey I`m a cell phone tower" and then your phone will actually send it all of its info.

They can control every single thing on your phone and if you think about it, your phone is for somebody there life.

Your history, everything you do, your GPS, paying, everything

Some have said it`s a up to a half an hour long, the test, they say after tow minutes then the TV alerts are gonna start.

You`re gonna see the entire country pinged if you`re in the mall, take footage, it`s going to be nuts. You`re going to be in a mall with 200 people and everyone`s phone is going to be going off at the same time.

Folks, you need to be rural and growing your own organic food. You need to know how to repair and make your own clothes and housing. You need to be growing your own herbs and medicinal plants. You need to learn this now if you don't know it already.
