We are already here, among you. Some of us have always been here, with you, yet apart from, watching, and occasionally guiding you whenever the opportunity arose.

Now, however, our numbers have been increased in preparation for a further step in the development of your planet: a step of which you are not yet aware… 

We have been confused with the gods of many world-religions, although we are not gods, but your fellow creatures, as you will learn directly before many more years have passed. 

You will find records of our presence in the mysterious symbols of ancient Egypt, where we made ourselves known in order to accomplish certain ends. 

Our principal symbol appears in the religious art of your present civilization and occupies a position of importance upon the great seal of your country. (The United States of America) 

It has been preserved in certain secret societies founded originally to keep alive the knowledge of our existence and our intentions toward mankind.

We have left you certain landmarks, placed carefully in different parts of the globe, but most prominently in Egypt where we established our headquarters upon the occasion of our last overt, or, as you would say, public appearance. 

At that time the foundations of your present civilization were "laid in the earth" and the most ancient of your known landmarks established by means that would appear as miraculous to you now as they did to the pre-Egyptians, so many thousands of years ago. 

Since that time the whole art of building, in stone, has become symbolic, to many of you, of the work in hand—the building of the human race towards its perfection.

Your ancestors knew us in those days as preceptors and as friends. Now, through your own efforts, you have almost reached, in your majority, a new step on the long ladder of your liberation. 

You have been constantly aided by our watchful "inspiration", and hindered only by the difficulties natural to your processes of physical and moral development…

You have lately achieved the means of destroying yourselves. Do not be hasty in your self-congratulation. Yours is not the first civilization to have achieved—and used—such means. 

Yours will not be the first civilization to be offered the means of preventing that destruction and proceeding, in the full glory of its accumulated knowledge, to establish an era of enlightenment upon the earth.

However, if you do accept the means offered you, and if you establish such a "millennium" upon the basis of your present accomplishments, yours will be the first civilization to do so.

ALWAYS BEFORE, THE KNOWLEDGE, THE TECHNIQUES, THE INSTRUCTIONS, HAVE BECOME THE POSSESSIONS OF A CHOSEN FEW: A FEW CHOSE THEMSELVES BY THEIR OWN OPEN-MINDED AND CLEAR-SIGHTED REALIZATION OF ‘THE SHAPE OF THINGS TO COME’. THEY ENDEAVORED TO PASS ON THEIR KNOWLEDGE IN THE BEST POSSIBLE FORM, AND BY THE MOST ENDURING MEANS AT THEIR COMMAND.

In a sense they succeeded, but in another sense their failure equaled their success. Human acceptance is, to a very large extent, measurable by human experience. 

Succeeding generations, who never knew our actual presence, translated the teachings of their elders in the terms of their own experience. 

For instance, a cross-sectional drawing, much simplified and stylized by many copyings, of one of our traveling machines became the "Eye of Horus", and then other eyes of other gods. 

Finally, the ancient symbol that was once an accurate representation of an important mechanical device has been given surprising connotations by the modern priesthood of psychology.

The important fact is, however, that we are here, among you, and that you, as a world-race, will know it before very much longer! 

The time is almost ripe but, as with all ripening things, the process may not be hurried artificially without danger of damaging the fruit. 

There is a right time for every action, and the right time for our revelation of ourselves to your era is approaching.

Some of you have seen our "advanced guard" already. You have met us often in the streets of your cities, and you have not noticed us. 

But when we flash through your skies in the "ANCIENT TRADITIONAL VEHICLES" you are amazed, and those of you who open your mouths and tell of what you have seen are accounted dupes and fools. 

Actually you are prophets, seers in the true sense of the word. You in Kansas and Oklahoma, you in Oregon and in California, and Idaho, you know what you have seen: do not be dismayed by meteorologists. Their business is the weather. 

One of you says, "I saw a torpedo-shaped object". 

Others report, "disc-like objects", some of you say "spherical objects", or "platter-like objects". 

You are all reporting correctly and accurately what you saw, and in most cases you are describing the same sort of vehicle.

Now that the art of manufacturing plastic materials has reached a certain perfection among you, perhaps you can imagine a material, almost transparent to the rays of ordinary visible light, yet strong enough to endure the stresses of extremely rapid flight. 

Look again at the great nebulae, and think of the construction of your own galaxy, and behold the universal examples of what we have found to be the perfect shape for an object which is to travel through what you still fondly refer to as "empty" space.

In the center of the discus, gyroscopically controlled within a central sphere of the same transparent material, our control rooms revolve freely, accommodating themselves and us to flat or edgewise flight. 

Both methods are suited to your atmosphere, and when we convert abruptly from one to the other, as we are sometimes obliged to do, and you are watching, "OUR MACHINES" seem suddenly to appear—or to disappear. 

At our possible speeds your eyes, untrained and unprepared for the maneuver, do make mistakes—but not the mistakes your scientists so often accuse them of making.

We pass over your hilltops in horizontal flight. You see and report a torpedo-shaped object. We pass over, in formation, flying vertically "edge-on"… 

Or we go over at night, jet-slits glowing, and you see an orange disc. In any event you see us, and in any event we do not care. if we chose to remain invisible, we could do so, easily, and, in fact, we have done so almost without exception for hundreds of years. 

But you must become accustomed to our shapes in your skies, for one day they will be familiar, friendly, and reassuring sights.

This time, it is to be hoped that the memory of them, passed on to your children and their children, will be clear and precise. 

That you will not cause them to forget, as your ancestors forgot, the meaning of the diagrams and the instructions we will leave with you. 

If you do fail, "AS OTHER CIVILIZATIONS HAVE FAILED", we will see your descendants wearing wiring-diagrams for simple machines as amulets, expecting the diagrams to do what their forefathers were taught the completed article would accomplish.

Then their children, forgetting even that much—or little—would preserve the amulet as a general protective device—or as an intellectual curiosity—or perhaps as a religious symbol. Such is the cycle of forgetfulness!

I tried to find the original source to this article to no avail.  However, I did find this…:

According to Trench, the original article was found in the November 1947 issue of "Fantastic Stories", written by a pseudonym, "Alexander Blade".

Also, 1947 triggers memories in the mass consciousness from the UFO crash in Roswell, New Mexico. So, the Sirians have (and they apparently admitted to this in 1947) been around since ancient time, and just like I’ve said, never left.

Interesting is that they at that time gave us hints of what is to come. They are talking about our "liberation", and that they will be a part of that.

According to "Brinsley Le Poer Trench", an unknown person using the pseudonym "Alexander Blade" wrote the above article that originally appeared in the November 1947 issue of "Fantastic Stories".

One has to ask the question: "who was Alexander Blade?"

A representative or liaison to inner-earth – "Agharti?"

According to this article, the instructions and techniques used for building these "ancient traditional vehicles" are within the possession of a chosen few, and based on my research, this is indeed the case.

I must admit, the "Alexander Blade" article speaks volumes! And it seems the Germans wanted to be part of the "chosen few" club as well. 

From what I’ve uncovered they received vital information that eventually gave them a "shot in the arm" necessary to jump-start their esoteric technology campaign – the "flying-disc" program.


I argue Germany’s pre-war secret societies, such as "Vril" and "Thule", were actually communicating with inner-earth emissaries for the purposes of acquiring this ancient technology.

We are only utilizing 22 of the 64 codons in our DNA, thus suggesting that our DNA was genetically manipulated, most likely by the Anunnaki.  

If this premise is true, then imagine being able to fully access all 64 codons in your DNA?

Conversely, is this the reason why the Anunnaki created us to become slaves in order to mine gold for them?  

It certainly explains why there is such a high demand for gold and who the "All seeing Eye" is at the top of the pyramid.

To me, any benevolent message from the Anunnaki would most likely have a hidden agenda to keep us subservient to them.  The last thing they want is to see our DNA codons fully open.

According to the research of "Robert Morning Sky", our DNA is actually superior to the Anunnaki because we also have the DNA of the AKU, which gave us consciousness.  

This is known as the "Gift of the Feather" and is why we feel something magical when we see a random feather in our every day lives.


From "the Sumerian texts", we also know that the Anunnaki co-mingled with us, thus giving us their DNA as well.

As our masters, the last thing they want you to know is that YOU are more powerful than they are once you figure out how to activate the remaining codons in your DNA.

August 16th 1951 madness spreads through the village of "Pont Saint Esprit", in the guard region in France and it has fallen victim to an unexplained tragedy which has affected more than 200 people.

Bouts of madness and hallucinations due to the presence of ergotine in the bread, a posison that affects cereals, has killed several people.

The sale of bread has now been banned.

Dozens of villagers have victim of these bouts of madness. The press describes men terrorized by snakes swirling in their stomachs, a doctor recounts the evening of the 24th of August, where dozens of locals were seized by convulsions like in a night of the apocalypse reports from the victims are terrifying.

"I didn`t sleep for exactly 21 days. Absolutely impossible to close my eyes, despite all the sedatives and sleeping pills that the doctor gave me.

When you don`t sleep for 21 days, your mind works overtime. My young daughter had terrible hallucinations! Standing on her bed, seeing blood falling from the ceiling, from everywhere! Seeing tigers jumping on the top of her, Lions and bears trying to eat her!

And then, while she was crying and screaming, hairs coming out of her mouth, she always thought her mouth was full of hair, and she kept trying to pull them out, but failing."

It`s the first time in France that a whole village has gone mad, it made headlines in the press, who wondered what could have caused this collective hallucination.

The hearses quickly arrived in the village, in total seven deaths and three hundred people and around 50 admitted to psychiatric wards.

"They were really crazy! They saw fire everywhere. They just saw fire."

"They struggled while they could, they screamed...It was horrible, horrible!"

"Some were fighting, slapping each other."

The first dead were buried, the investigators initially thought it was a return of the St. Anthony`s fire, a disease that killed many thousands in the Middle Ages, caused by a parasitic ergo fungus, that attacks cereals.

The Baker was accused of poisoning, then the Miller. Arrested and incarcerated they were released after several months.

They say that their confessions were made under duress and above all the evidence proved their innocence.

It was then thought to be water poisoning, Mercury, fertilizers or a nearby gas factory, but the evidence disapproved these theories one by one.

It was the time of the cold war.

Nothing is clear and for decades the incident goes unexplained, but against all expectations, 60 years later a new theory is proposed, not from France, but from the United States.

An American researcher in the Secret Service`s "Hank Alberti" is investigating the suspicious death of a biochemist from the CIA, "Dr. Frank Olson" a specialist in chemical weapons.

He carried out experiments on hard drugs like LSD. He was also in France a few months before the "Pont Saint Esprit" pre-incident.

Afterwards he kept sinking into depression, telling his wife that he`d made a terrible mistake.

It`s all a lie, "Dr. Frank Olson" was killed by "Dr. Sidney Gottlieb".

He personally gave LSD to an unknowing fellow scientist "Dr. Frank Olson" who worked for the Army chemical Corps Special Operations Division at Fort Detrick.

His job was developing biological weapons, "Dr. Frank Olson" committed suicide by jumping through the window of a tenth floor hotel.

"Dr. Gottlieb" concealed his actions and the olson family was unaware of the cause of the suicide, until 27 years later when a faxed emerge during a congressional hearing on CIA abuses.


The link between "Gottlieb" and "Olson", illustrated how the different elements of biological and chemical weapons, radiation testing and "MK-ULTRA" were all intertwined.

"Hank Alberti" then made the link with "Pont Saint Esprit" pre-incident.

Could it have been the CIA and the American army spraying LSD onto the bread.

"Hank Alberti" said, "I have no doubt at all, that "Pont Saint Esprit" was a US Army covert experiment."

Is it possible that the American has drugged a entire village in an ally country, causing no doubt accidentally the death of seven people.

Improbable, however

To understand what happened in "Pont Saint Esprit", we need to look back at the end of the Second World War, when the level of atrocities committed by the Nazis was discovered in the camps, notably horrific experiments carried out on thousands of prisoners by chemists or doctors.

Men lacerated poisoned, burnt alive, exposed to radiation.

The Allies hunted the war criminals from Hitler`s regime. In 1946 in Nuremberg, the doctors are put on trial, 22 men and one woman, who experimented on human beings were they transformed into lab rats stand accused.

The trial sets a precedent seven of the accused are sentenced to death, eleven given prison sentences and five are auquitted.

As a result the Americans draft the Nuremberg code. A model which gives strict rules for experimenting on humans, notably:

"The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential.

"The experiment must be designed to avoid all unnecessary suffering, physical and mental harm."

With the Nuremberg trial barely over, the winners remain cynical.

The American Secret Service begins "Operation Paperclip" nearly 4500 German scientists, including war criminals are expatriated to America.

They are offered a new life in exchange for their knowledge and cooperation.

It was a very serious game of propaganda that we were playing, it was almost a show trial.

We are putting the Nazis on trial, but in fact behind the curtain we`re doing  some very nasty things ourselves to basically incarcerated people, poor people, individuals who at the time were called feeble-minded, had locked up in institutions and if you were in one of those institutions, whether you were indigent or an unwed mother or had some sort of mental incapacity there`s a good chance that you may have been incorporated in some sort of medical study, possibly for the government or not, where you would have been used and abused.

Assisted by the German scientists, the Americans begin pursuing their goal of the ultimate weapon and everything is allowed in the name of the cold war.

On the one side was the army, whose priority is to win the nuclear arms race.

At the time to test the effects of radiation on a large scale, they used their own soldiers.

Between 1946 and 1962, between 250.000 and 500.000 men, were exposed to radiation in the Nevada desert, they were exposed with no protection, unaware of the risks involved and afterwards, the radiated particles were cleaned up with brooms.

On the other side was the CIA, who was above all interested in psychological manipulation.

Their goal was to create an infallible thuth serum, wipe memories, turn humans into robots and programmed them to kill.

Conveniently in 1948 a researcher in the Sandoz laboratories, "Albert Hoffman" discovers a molecule that ignites the Secret Service.

Lysergic acid diethylamide or LSD. It`s derived from the same rod fungus, long held responsible for the incident at "Pont Saint Esprit".

It was believed that the hallucinogenic properties of this drug, were key to psychological manipulation, fearing that the Russians would get their hands on Sandoz`s samples, the Americans bought all of their stock.

The discovery of LSD was a godsend for the Army, who on the brink of nuclear weapons, were looking for a weapon that could defeat an enemy without firing any weapons.

The man who has headed this program longest was "James Ketchum". He was a psychiatrist who was working for the military.

As a patriot he was prepared to push the boundaries in his research. He tested around 30 drugs, but especially LSD and the dangerous benzoplate.

He treated 7.000 soldiers, hundreds of whom later sued the Army, because of the side effects, that they still experience and attribute to these drugs.

However when questioned "James Ketchum" sees things differently, "I think they`re very patriotic have not been given credit they`ve been called innocent guinea pigs, which they certainly were not.

They knew what they were doing and we told them as much as we could about it. We had to limit the names of the drugs, because some of them were artificially made and if we were to give out the name of course that would also reveal the structure and that we were afraid the Russian hood would get that, they`re apparently following our work.

We thought they were ahead of us, but actually they weren`t and so they were watching what we did to see what they could learn and use and they developed a similar drug later themselves."

The Earth is surrounded by a gigantic wall that can be clearly seen beneath the oceans of our planet thanks to Google Earth.

This wall has been discovered at Greenland and it stretches around more than 11.329 miles along or 18.232 km the ocean, all the way to Antarctica.

Ufologists and conspirators tried more often than not discovered such mysterious things on Google Earth. 

From submerged pyramids to unknowable islands and even massive apertures in the ocean.



Some conspiracy theorists claim that this underwater wall is in fact a failure in the matrix.

Google Earth has managed to unleash people’s imagination ever since it first appeared. For instance, last year a guy discovered the ruins of an unknown city belonging to the Mayans.

This wall in particular features size and linearity that proves it is not a natural formation by any means. This discovery seems to contradict history as we know it. Little by little we start to uncover evidence that suggests lots of civilizations existed long before us.

However, what if the wall is just an anomaly or a glitch? We know that Google Earth uses many different images to create a "mapping". 

In this case, it would not be impossible to consider that many areas featured in this application do not exist in reality.


We don’t know if the wall is real or not, but it is up to you to draw your own conclusions.

The world’s superpowers store an enormous stockpile of oil in secure caverns and tanks around the world. So why can’t we use it?

Something important, and valuable, has been quietly hidden along America’s Gulf Coast. Across four secure sites in unassuming locations lies nearly 700 million barrels of oil – buried underground. 

A total of 60 subterranean caverns, carved into rock salt beneath the surface, constitute the United States’ massive "Strategic Petroleum Reserve" (SPR).

The facility was set up 40 years ago and there are now many other huge oil stockpiles dotted around the world. In fact, a whole host of countries have poured billions of dollars into developing such facilities and more are on the way. 

But what are these reserves – and why would anyone want to bury oil back into the ground in the first place?


The answer lies in the energy crisis of 1973. Arab oil exporters had cut off the West from their supplies in response to US support for Israel during the Yom Kippur War. 

The world was so dependent on oil from the Middle East that prices skyrocketed and petrol was soon being rationed at US filling stations. In some cases, it dried up completely. 

People feared that any petrol they had might be stolen and a few even took to protecting their cars with firearms.

A couple of years later, the US began building its SPR, filling caverns full of crude oil. Were oil supplies to be severely disrupted in the future, now the US would have its own stores to tide them through a price spike and alleviate pressure on global markets. 

As a government website boasts, "The SPR's formidable size… makes it a significant deterrent to oil import cutoffs and a key tool of foreign policy." 

It’s a neat, but expensive, idea. The current year’s budget for maintaining the SPR is $200m.

Bob Corbin at the US Department of Energy is the person in charge of making sure that money is spent wisely. 

"All of our sites are located in what we call salt domes," he explains. "The salt is impervious to the crude oil, there’s no mixing, no breaking down, so it’s a great storage facility."

Corbin, who served for 22 years with the military in the US Coast Guard, is proud of the four sites, which stretch from Baton Rouge, Louisiana to the largest of the four, near the tiny city of Freeport, Texas. 

He refers to the vast salt storage chambers as "my caverns". "The sites themselves," he says, "are very impressive."

But there’s not much to see above ground – merely some wellbore heads and pipelines. The wellbores themselves plunge thousands of feet into the caverns below and can push water in at high pressure in order to retrieve the oil through a process of displacement. 

Corbin adds that managing such infrastructure comes with unique challenges. The salt caverns are not completely stable, for example. Sometimes bits of the walls or ceilings may crumble away, causing damage to machinery which has to be carefully replaced. 

It’s not possible for workers to enter the caverns physically so, like drilling oil out of a natural well, it has to be done remotely.

International agreements state that member nations must hold oil stocks equivalent to 90 days’ imports.

However, special tools can be used to give a little visibility. "Periodically when caverns are empty you can actually shoot sonar images of the caverns," says Corbin. "And that gives you a three-dimensional way of looking at them." Some have interesting shapes, he adds. 

The outline of one chamber, for example, would resemble a large flying saucer.

America has, in the past, relied on the SPR to help get it out of sticky situations. Take the first Gulf War for example, in which oil distribution in the Middle East was disrupted. 

Or Hurricane Katrina in 2005, when requests for emergency oil were approved within 24 hours of the storm's landfall.

Global stockpiles.

The US is far from the only country which has invested heavily in strategic oil reserves. Japan has a series of sites where well over 500 million barrels of oil are stored in large above-ground tanks. 

The facility at Shibushi, for example is just off-shore. Following the catastrophic earthquake and tsunami which struck Japan in 2011, calls were made to expand the country’s oil stocks in case of crises in the future which might hamper oil distribution again.

The International Energy Agency (IEA) oversees the release of oil from a wide range of reserves internationally. Martin Young is head of the body’s Emergency Policy Division: "When a country signs up to the IEA there are various obligations," he says. "One of the key obligations is to hold oil stocks equivalent to 90 days’ imports."

But not all countries have salt domes to store oil underground. Nor do all countries even have large, specialised storage facilities for SPR purposes. 

The UK, for instance, has neither. "What the UK has is an obligation on industry to hold oil at their existing sites above what they would normally do," explains Young. 

That oil is quietly kept aside by firms so that the government can access it immediately, if and when it’s needed.

Two nations which are not members of the IEA, India and China, have in recent years ploughed funds into their own SPRs. 

The Chinese in particular have ambitious plans. A diverse array of storage locations, dotted across the land will, it is hoped, eventually store almost as much as the Americans in a combination of state-owned facilities and commercial stockpiles. 

The Chinese don’t have the luxury of salt caverns and have to opt instead for much more expensive storage above ground in tanks. 

They’re easy to spot on Google Earth and in satellite photos – just look for the rows of large white dots. 

The SPR site in Zhenhai is just one of these and it currently holds its full capacity of 33 million barrels. 

"It was big," says Young, who visited the location a few years ago. "What you see is a whole load of oil tanks co-located with a couple of oil refineries."

The Chinese have opted for storage above ground in tanks, as the geology is less suitable

Narongpand Lisapahanya, an oil and gas analyst at investment group CLSA, says that spending money on developing an SPR is all part of China’s plan to be treated seriously as a global superpower. 

"If you’re going to be a superpower, you’re going to have to have the reserve," he says with a laugh. 

"It helps you become part of treaties globally. If another superpower, during energy events, asks for a release of reserves then China can now take part."

No modern superpower, then, is complete without an SPR to call its own. While the growth of reserves around the world is generally welcomed, there are some who worry that countries outside the IEA could use their reserves to manipulate global oil prices by selling off stocks at opportune moments. 

Of course, mitigating nasty price spikes is exactly why SPRs were invented in the first place, as Carmine Difiglio at the US Department of Energy explains: "Protecting the US economy from sharp increases in domestic petroleum product prices was the purpose of the SPR in 1975 and it remains the purpose of the SPR today," he says.

But there’s an important line to draw between that and using an SPR for ad hoc manipulation of the world’s markets. 

On this point, Martin Young is emphatic: "The oil stocks are not there for price management as such," he explains, "they’re there to correct a shortage in the market because of a supply disruption."

In the US, caverns in salt are filled to the brim with crude oil.

There’s a continual debate about how SPR stocks should be used, though. Some people think releases could be more aggressive while others question whether the US has always taken full advantage of its SPR oil, which is valued at roughly $43.5bn. 

"For some folks, 700 million barrels in the ground just looks like a gigantic pot of money," comments Sarah Ladislaw, at the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington DC.

Few, though, would support initiatives to fundamentally change how SPRs are used – in the US or elsewhere. 

The emphasis is definitely on planning for emergencies and mitigating supply problems. 

Governments and the IEA prepare for such situations by working out how they would draw oil from SPRs in the event of a crisis. 

There are even specialist firms which help with this sort of planning, such as EnSys, which has developed a sophisticated computer model to simulate future pricing fluctuations in the oil industry.

This expertise helps EnSys to advise groups which control SPRs as to when and why they might consider distributing oil to local refineries. As CEO Martin Tallett explains, it’s a numbers game. 

By how many barrels will your imports be short during a given crisis? How much would have to be released from an SPR to ease that?

South Korea has access to the reserve of Japan in an emergency.

"What we would do is sit down with somebody and say, OK, there’s disruption in the Middle East, maybe North Africa as well," he says. "And we really start from the numbers rather than spending a lot of time understanding in-depth the geopolitical machinations that could have caused the disruption."

As governments and energy bodies continue planning for the worst, oil stockpiles only look set to get bigger and bigger. It’s obvious that the US and many other countries believe their SPRs are a good investment.

Despite all the preparations, it’s still possible that, during a future crisis, oil might not be distributed quickly enough from the strategic reserves.

Would we get a repeat of 1973? Bob Corbin, for one, won’t say: "I wouldn’t want to speculate on what could or could not occur," he comments. "We’re prepared to deliver whenever we need to."

The Defense Department’s senior adviser for international cooperation earlier this week left the Pentagon, marking the fifth top official in seven days to leave or announce their departure.

"Ambassador Tina Kaidanow", a longtime State Department official who began working in her Pentagon role in September 2018, resigned on Dec. 16, the Pentagon confirmed. 

Defense News first reported her departure.

"We appreciate her service to the department and wish her continued success. ... The department remains committed to the development and implementation of international cooperative programs and defense exportability efforts to foster cooperation with U.S. allies on research, development, production and support of weapons systems and related equipment," a Department of Defense (DOD) spokesman said in a statement.

"The department will not provide anything further on this personnel matter," the spokesman added.

"Michael Vaccaro", the director for international armaments cooperation, will serve as the acting senior adviser.

Kaidanow’s resignation follows four other announced departures within a week.

Those include the Dec. 12 notification that top Asia policy official "Randall Schriver" would leave after two years on the job, the Dec. 13 announcement that top official in charge of personnel and readiness "Jimmy Stewart" had resigned after taking the role in October 2018 the Tuesday report that Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency leader "Steven Walker" will leave in January, and the news earlier Wednesday that Principal Deputy Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence "Kari Bingen" submitted her resignation on Dec. 5 and will leave Jan. 10.


Kaidanow worked under the Pentagon’s acquisition and sustainment office focusing on "the development and implementation of international cooperative programs" to bring "cooperation with U.S. allies on research, development, production and support of weapons systems and related equipment," according to her DOD bio page.

She worked with top weapons buyer Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment "Ellen Lord" and the Defense Security Cooperation Agency to boost weapon sales with partner and ally countries.

Before that, she served as the principal deputy assistant secretary of the State Department’s Bureau of Political-Military Affairs, working as the "principal liaison" with DOD  and managing "several critical components of U.S. foreign policy, including the maintenance of the State Department’s global security relationships."


In addition, she served as ambassador-at-large and coordinator for counterterrorism, the deputy ambassador at the U.S. Embassy in Kabul and the first U.S. ambassador to Kosovo.
