HOW CIA MALWARE TRACKS GEO-LOCATION OF IT`S TARGETED.

WikiLeaks has just published a new batch of the ongoing Vault 7 leak, and this time the whistleblowing website has unveiled a classified malware for that tracks geo-location of targeted PCs and laptops running the Microsoft Windows operating system.

In short, the malware does it by capturing the IDs of nearby public hotspots and then matching them with the global database of public Wi-Fi hotspots’ locations.

Dubbed ELSA, the alleged CIA's project consists of two main elements: the processing component (Operator Terminal) and the implant (Windows Target) which is typically being deployed on a target Windows host.

Here's How the CIA's ELSA Malware Works.

The Elsa system first installs the malware on a targeted WiFi-enabled machine using separate CIA exploits to gain persistent access on the device.

The malware then uses Wi-Fi hardware of the infected computer to scan nearby visible WiFi access points (AP) and records their ESSID – stands for Extended Service Set Identifier (IEEE 802.11 wireless networking), MAC address and signal strength at regular intervals.

In order to perform this data collection, the ELSA malware does not require the targeted computer to be connected to the Internet. Instead, it only requires the malware to be running on a device with Wi-Fi enabled.

    "If [the target device] is connected to the internet, the

    malware automatically tries to use public geo-location

    databases from Google or Microsoft to resolve the

    position of the device and stores the longitude and

    latitude data along with the timestamp," WikiLeaks 

    notes.

The collected information is then stored in encrypted form on the targeted device for later exfiltration.

The CIA malware itself doesn't beacon (transfer) this data to the agency's server, instead, the operator (CIA hacker) downloads the encrypted log files from the device using separate CIA exploits and backdoors.

The operator then decrypts the log files and performs further analysis on their target.

The ELSA project allows CIA hackers to customize or modify the implant depending upon the target environment and operational objectives such as "sampling interval, the maximum size of the log file and invocation/persistence method."

The CIA hacker (operator) then uses additional back-end software to match collected access point data from exfiltrated log files with public geolocation databases (from Google and Microsoft) and finds the exact location of their target.

Last week, WikiLeaks dumped an alleged CIA tool suite for Microsoft Windows, dubbed Brutal Kangaroo, that targets closed networks or air-gapped computers within an organization or enterprise without requiring any direct access.

Since March, the whistleblowing group has published 12 batches of "Vault 7" series, which includes the latest and last week leaks, along with the following batches:

• Cherry Blossom – a CIA's framework, basically a remotely controllable firmware-based implant, used for monitoring the Internet activity of the targeted systems by exploiting vulnerabilities in Wi-Fi devices.
• Pandemic – a CIA's project that allowed the agency to turn Windows file servers into covert attack machines that can silently infect other computers of interest inside a targeted network.
• Athena – A CIA's spyware framework that has been designed to take full control over the infected Windows PCs remotely, and works against every version of Microsoft's Windows operating systems, from Windows XP to Windows 10.
• AfterMidnight and Assassin – Two apparent CIA malware frameworks for the Microsoft Windows platform that has been designed to monitor and report back actions on the infected remote host computer and execute malicious actions.
• Archimedes – A man-in-the-middle attack tool allegedly developed by the agency to target computers inside a Local Area Network (LAN).
• Scribbles – Software supposedly designed to embed 'web beacons' into confidential documents, allowing the CIA to track insiders and whistleblowers.
• Grasshopper – A framework that allowed the CIA to easily create custom malware for breaking into Microsoft's Windows and bypassing antivirus protection.
• Marble – Disclosed the source code of a secret anti-forensic framework used by the agency to hide the actual source of its malware.
• Dark Matter – Hacking exploits the CIA designed to target iPhones and Macs.
• Weeping Angel – Spying tool used by the spy agency to infiltrate smart TV's, transforming them into covert microphones.
• Year Zero – CIA hacking exploits for popular hardware and software.

I can personally recommend several of the programs, such as "Dark Matter" and "Weeping Angel".

I can point out that "Dark Matter", Dark Matter also has iOS in its sights, with a number of iPhone-related exploits that are injected into target devices during the actual manufacturing process. These exploits have allegedly been underway since 2008, or soon after the iPhone was first released:

"While CIA assets are sometimes used to physically infect systems in the custody of a target it is likely that many CIA physical access attacks have infected the targeted organization's supply chain including by interdicting mail orders and other shipments (opening, infecting, and resending) leaving the United States or otherwise.".

It`s a good program.

SPY, SMUGGLER AND SCOUNDREL EXTRAORDINAIRE?

According to some researchers and investigators, President William Jefferson Clinton is not who the main stream media made him out to be.  Aside from his sexual escapades in the White House and his straight-faced lies to the American public, most people would agree that he was a decent President. There are a long list of “accomplishments” to his credit and this was reflected in an increasing approval rating over the course of his Presidency – averaged at 55% and peaked towards the end at 73%.

But underneath a light-hearted demeanor and a goofy smile was a man involved in sinister dealings including drug-running, money-laundering, cover-ups, witness intimidation, extensive corruption of many Government agencies and an impressive record of using his power for serial- womanizing with conservative estimates numbering in the several-hundreds . 

A documentary made in 1994 called The Clinton Chronicles summarizes the scandalous nature of Clinton’s rise to power.

First, it must be said that this is an invaluable documentary that is a treasure-trove of unique information.  The makers took a great personal risk by researching and releasing this information and must be thanked!  There are many insider interviews which describe in detail the operations Clinton took part in.  

Key among them was the drug trafficking operation (yes, drugs) that was run from the Mena, Arkansas airport.  This operation was central to Clinton’s later years in Arkansas and resulted in money laundering, Banking scandals, cover-ups and more … and anyone who wanted to blow the whistle or stumbled upon the operation and saw things they were never meant to were subjected to witness intimidation, character assassination and even murder.  This is all shown in the video. But they missed a key point in all of this.

One insider witness says that Clinton’s local Arkansas group was running such large quantities of cocaine through the Mena region and into the rest of the United States, that they were practically giving it away to friends, associates, and party attendees.  One could “take a bucket-full a day and it would not be missed”.  

Much like when an ‘outsider’ is looking into an operation, the structure of how things work is often missed because essential knowledge is unobtainable.  The same applies to an insider who works inside of an operation.  They miss the overall picture but understand their part of the internal structure.  

Operations like this are deliberately designed this way – it is called compartmentalization.  No one knows more than they should.  And even those who know a lot, don’t know it all.  

Only those at the highest levels understand both the minutia and the grand scheme.  Those people are on the inner circle. Hence, the documentary makers and the insiders interviewed seem to assume that this is a privately run operation.

That being said – once the following key point is known, everything begins to make sense.

BILL CLINTON WAS (AND MAY STILL BE) A CIA AGENT.

And this was a CIA operation. The large amount of drugs mentioned by several witnesses tells us that this is a massive operation.  Other key players connected to Bill Clinton are also known CIA Agents. 

Some random State Attorney General/Governor is NOT trusted with this kind of operation … unless they have earned the trust of the CIA.  Unbeknownst to 99% of the general public, William Jefferson Clinton was groomed as a CIA Agent since the age of 21 (1967).

1) The video points out several “un-american” activities Clinton engaged in during his early years.  The video, however, failed to realize that these were CIA operations. Likewise with the Mena Arkansas operation – as Attorney General and Governor, Clinton was one of several powerful individuals providing cover to the CIA.  Of course, these men were made MORE powerful during this time – by their own hand and by the CIA.

2)The documentary also shows that during Clinton’s Presidency, he erroneously claimed to be a Rhodes Scholar – The doc points out that he never was!  This was just a sacrifice Clinton had to make for the CIA – a cover.

3) Finally, the authors seem surprised that no one questioned Clinton’s visit to Communist Russia during the height of the Cold War.  Yet again – he was there as an operative of the Central Intelligence Agency.

It would seem, though, that no “sacrifice” and good deeds go un-rewarded.  

Clinton’s later years in Government could be seen as a ‘thank-you’ for a job well-done.

To fill out and back up Bill Clinton’s history as an Intelligence Agent a little more, below is an article from 1993 by genius investigator Stew Webb.

Began Spying in College.

A private researcher claims to have found “the smoking gun” linking President Bill Clinton to the CIA as a long-term operative. The ties were obvious in the 1980’s when the agency used an airstrip in western Arkansas as part of a money laundering-drugs for money scam and continue today through Clinton appointments.

New information adduced by investigator Stew Webb points to the likelihood that Bill Clinton has been a deep cover CIA agent since his days at Georgetown University. Ivy League schools are well known as a recruiting ground for the CIA.

The man Clinton defeated for the president, George H.W. Bush, an alumnus of Yale, is widely believed to have been recruited as an undergraduate. CIA agents are sworn to place their loyalty to the agency above anything else. 

They are also expected to lie about their association with “the Company” as it is called, whenever asked-including under oath. Of course, the CIA has its unique ways to enforce discipline.

With a budget secret from the taxpayers and its unknown (legal and illegal) businesses around the world, its total income is estimated at $35 billion per year [likely much greater]. 

One of the businesses attributed to the CIA by many researchers is drug and gun smuggling. The small airport at Mena, Arkansas, has long been known as a transshipment point used by the CIA.

Clinton was governor of Arkansas during the years 1979-81 and 1983-92. The controlled press barely batted an eye when investigators revealed Bill Clinton organized protests against the Vietnam War in Europe and traveled behind the Iron Curtain as a Rhodes scholar in the 1960’s.

The SPOTLIGHT has learned Clinton’s trips were more than youthful adventure. Clinton was working for the CIA, according to Webb. 

According to sources within the CIA, Clinton was used by the agency to infiltrate protest groups and report on their activities. In addition, Clinton used his cover as a Rhodes scholar to view the Khrushchev memoirs, then he stole documents for “the Company” [CIA], Webb said.

CORD MEYER.

According to sources, Clinton was answering to London bureau chief Cord Meyer when he took the Khrushchev documents. Contacted in Washington recently, Meyer denied Clinton was working for the agency (CIA). 

Webb said his sources indicate former Time editor and Council on Foreign Relations mouthpiece Strobe Talbott, international business tycoon Ira Magaziner and a third Ivy League grad. at Oxford all started careers with the CIA as they were schooled in England. 

The one unidentified agent died shortly after returning to this country. The other three engaged in brilliant careers that placed them in influential positions the media, business and politics.

Talbott, for example, was able to influence international opinion as a writer at Time and frequent talking head on infomercials- public affairs propaganda aimed at enforcing the Establishment line-such as Inside Washington. Talbott now serves as an undersecretary of state.

Magaziner made millions of dollars as a management consultant to major international corporations and as an advisor to Sweden and Israel after graduating. Today Magaziner handles the day-to-day operations of [President Clinton’s] health care task force.

One of the plans being pushed forward by the task force is a national identification card, which could be used to keep tabs on individuals around the country (SPOTLIGHT, June 28,1993). Clinton began a meteoric political rise culminating in his election as president. Clinton appears to have helped the agency whenever and wherever he could on his way to the top.

KHRUSHCHEV PAPERS – FIRST ASSIGNMENT 

One of Bill Clinton’s first assignments with the CIA was to sneak into Moscow and bring out the Nikita Khrushchev memoirs, according to freelance investigator Stew Webb. 

“I was told by two sources within the CIA that Bill Clinton has been CIA since 1967 or 68,” freelance investigator Stew Webb said. 

“Clinton and a couple of others went to Moscow from Stockholm, Sweden. “They acted as a couple of Rhode scholars,” he added. 

“They were able to, for research purposes, view Khrushchev’s memoirs. They stole them for the CIA. They answered to a guy named Cord Meyer.”

Meyer served as the London CIA bureau chief while Clinton was in England studying under the Rhodes scholarship program. 

Clinton is also alleged to have infiltrated war protest groups for the agency, giving the CIA names of fellow protesters and the source of the movement’s funding. 

When Khrushchev Remembers was published in 16 different languages in the early 1970s, it was denounced as a CIA trick.

INTERESTING HISTORY 

Meyer’s history with the agency is intertwined with recent American history. Meyer, for example, talked with teamster boss Jimmy Hoffa the day after John F. Kennedy was assassinated. 

They maintained correspondence until the day Hoffa disappeared, according to Webb. Also, Meyer’s ex-wife, Mary Pinchot Meyer, was murdered October 12, 1964, shortly after deciding to publish her diary — including details of an affair with JFK. Webb said his sources tell him Mrs. 

Meyer’s death was a CIA hit ordered by James Angleton, a CIA counterintelligence specialist. “She kept a diary on the affair,” Webb said. “She announced publicly to different people that she was having this affair with Kennedy and she was going to print a book. “All of a sudden she ended up dead, and her diary ends up disappearing.” 

Sources say Angleton had the diary destroyed once it came into his possession. In addition, Angleton handled the CIA’s dealing with the Warren Commission investigation of the Kennedy assassination. Angleton was Israel’s chief advocate in the CIA.

Several reports have surfaced indicating that a major “September surprise” may be coming the Clinton’s way. 

A former CIA operative has indicated that Bill and Hillary Clinton are cocaine traffickers, and they need to be exposed for this before it is too late.

Gathering evidence on Bill Clinton to prove he operated as a cocaine trafficker while President of the United States would be extremely difficult given the documents are top secret and will never be shown to the public, but what about problems lingering after the fact?

As many know, Bill suffers from severe medical issues, too. To date, he refuses to release his full medical records, much like Hillary. Bill has only released a handful of short, evasive “summaries” since 1992, and there are growing demands to see them. Even Bob Dole is still waiting to see the records he called for in 1992, but Bill will not reveal them.

It has been heavily rumored that Bill Clinton has been treated for an illness called a “perforated septum.” This is a medical condition caused by the heavy and prolonged use of cocaine. Again, this is only a theory given he will not release his medical records, but the timing of everything is perplexing, isn’t it?

This medical condition occurs when: 

“the cartilage separating the two passages of the nose is eaten away from the frequent inhalation of cocaine. The divider, or septum, is literally burned away by the drub. Such a condition can only be treated through delicate surgery.”

In fact, an alleged mistress of Bill Clinton, Sally Perdue, stated that she witnessed Clinton prepare a “line” of cocaine on her living room table.

She indicated that Clinton was no amateur, “he had all of the equipment laid out, like a real pro.” Despite keeping this a secret for many years, the leaks are starting to build and patterns are being connected.

A group of 104 rocket scientists (aerospace engineers) at Fort Bliss, Texas

"Operation Paperclip"  

was a secret United States Joint Intelligence Objectives Agency (JIOA) program in which more than 1,600 German scientists, engineers, and technicians (many of whom were formerly registered members of the Nazi Party and some of whom had leadership roles in the Nazi Party), including Wernher von Braun's rocket team, were recruited and brought to the United States for government employment from post-Nazi Germany (after World War II).

The primary purpose for "Operation Paperclip" was for the U.S. to gain a military advantage in the burgeoning Cold War, and later Space Race, between the U.S. and Soviet Union. By comparison, the Soviet Union were even more aggressive in recruiting Germans: during Operation Osoaviakhim, Soviet military units forcibly (at gunpoint) recruited 2,000+ German specialists to the Soviet Union during one night.

By 1947 this evacuation operation had netted an estimated 1,800 technicians and scientists, along with 3,700 family members. Those with special skills or knowledge were taken to detention and interrogation centers, such as one code-named DUSTBIN, to be held and interrogated, in some cases for months.

Several of the scientists were later investigated because of their prior (WW2) history with the Nazi Party.

Georg Rickhey, who came to the United States under Operation Paperclip in 1946, was returned to Germany to stand trial at the Dora Trial in 1947, where he was acquitted.

Arthur Rudolph, under perceived threat of prosecution relating to his connection to the use of forced labor at Mittelwerk, renounced his U.S. citizenship in 1984 and moved to West Germany, which granted him citizenship.

For fifty years, from 1963–2013, the Strughold Award, named after Hubertus Strughold, was the most prestigious award from the Aerospace Medical Association. On October 1, 2013, in the aftermath of a Wall Street Journal article published on December 1, 2012, the Space Medicine Association’s Executive Committee announced that the Space Medicine Association Strughold Award had been retired.

Overall, through its operations to 1990, "Operation Paperclip" imported 1,600 men, as part of the intellectual reparations owed to the United States and the UK, valued at $10 billion in patents and industrial processes.

Wernher von Braun.

Wernher Magnus Maximilian Freiherr von Braun (March 23, 1912 – June 16, 1977) was a German, later American, aerospace engineer and space architect credited with inventing the V-2 rocket for Nazi Germany and the Saturn V for the United States. He was the leading figure in the development of rocket technology in Germany and the father of rocket technology and space science in the United States.

Following World War II, he was secretly moved to the United States, along with about 1,500 other scientists, engineers, and technicians, as part of Operation Paperclip, where he developed the rockets that launched the United States' first space satellite Explorer 1, and the Apollo program manned lunar landings.

Von Braun knew that an Apollo launch would be sold to the world as in a movie. So in 1800 instructors from Hollywood, went to Cape Canaveral, NASA and decorated as it looks today.

The first time that Hollywood stopped everything for a project, and the only reason they did it was because the CIA had promised that if they did it for the CIA, one of their people would become the President of United States. 

And January 20, 1981 – January 20, 1989 became Ronald Wilson Reagan the 40th President of United States.

Richard Nixon.

Nixon was president during all Moon landings, and he was afraid that NASA could not keep what they promised, so Von Braun told Nixon that they were not sure, if they could get the 3 Apollo astronaut's home from the moon.

And an accident now would be a disaster for the United States, when a CIA agent says, "why not film the moon landing here on earth, and if something happens, we'll show the footage here from earth".

But where should the CIA agent say that the recordings for " 2001 A space Odyssey" directed by Stanley Kubrick were about to be completed at MGM-British Studios in Borehamwood, England. The film studio was chosen because it could accommodate the 18 x 36 x 18 meters high backdrop to the moon crater-stage, so they could just use his studio and you know the rest ...

One may wonder why Neil Armstrong has never given an interview, after he had been on the Moon.

The first human being ever treats another world. If it were you, you would not tell what you had experienced to all the people you met, I know I would.

But it may be because Apollo 11 Moon Landing took place in London and not on the Moon, as everyone thinks. And that's why Neil Armstrong - Buzz Aldrin and Michael Collins look so depressed just before the press conference at NASA.

And that all three crew members quit their jobs a few days after the press conference.?

Who is quiting their job, when you have just completed the greatest task in human history.?

$100 Billion to Land on the Moon.

The US won the race to the Moon because, unlike the Soviet Union, it committed vast resources to a well thought-out "game plan" right from the start. NASA also stuck to that plan despite occasional technical and political problems. The foundation for Apollo's success was laid in 1962-67 when some 500,000 people from 20,000 companies built the spacecraft, Saturn carrier rocket and launch facilities. After this, the program was rapidly dismantled in just five years while the Apollo/Saturn system became operational, achieving President Kennedy's goal in July 1969 when Neil Armstrong became the first man on the Moon.

The elements that comprised the American manned lunar program cost approximately 100 billion dollars in 1994 terms. They were 

A. Manned Earth Orbit:

Project Mercury: which lasted from August 1959 to May 1963. The program was conceived in 1957. Six manned flights.

TOTAL COST: approx. $1.5 billion (all costs figures at 1994 rates).

Gemini Project: started in 1962. Two unmanned, ten manned flights between April 1964 and November 1966, plus seven Gemini-Agena Target Vehicle launchings (five successful).

TOTAL ESTIMATED COST: approx. $1.9 billion. 
TRUE COST: $5.4 billion.

B. Lunar Probes:

Ranger: (lunar impact/imaging missions). Nine probes (including three fully successful missions) launched between 1961 and 1965.

TOTAL COST: approx. $1 billion.

Surveyor: (lunar soft landing). Contract awarded to Hughes in 1961.

ESTIMATED TOTAL DEVELOPMENT COST: 

$300 million/1st mission in 1963.

TOTAL COST: $2.8 billion, seven missions in 1966-68 (five successful).

Lunar Orbiter: Program started in 1963.
Five successful missions in 1966-67.

TOTAL COST: approx.$800 million.

C. Launchers:

Atlas and Titan (two converted ICBMs) were used in the Mercury and Gemini programs. The US Air Force's Agena upper stage was modified to serve as a docking target for Gemini, and also provided the 'final push' out of low Earth orbit for the Ranger and Lunar Orbiter probes.

The major non-Apollo/Saturn related project was the Centaur cryogenic upper stage, started in 1959 for use in the Surveyor and Mariner programs. Eight Atlas-Centaur (AC) test flights between May 1962 and April 1966, including six total/partial failures.

EXPECTED COST: less than $1 billion, 1st operational flight in 1961.

TOTAL COST: $4 billion.

Saturn series: Project started in 1960, initially comprising four different launchers (Saturn C1-C4). A fifth heavy-lift variant called 'Saturn C5' (later renamed Saturn V) was chosen for Apollo in late 1961. Ten Saturn I launchings (including four single-stage ballistic tests, three Pegasus satellites) in 1961-65. Nine Saturn-IB missions in 1966-75 (including three Skylab, one Apollo-Soyuz). Thirteen Saturn V launchings in 1967-1973 (including one Skylab).

TOTAL COST (Saturn IB,V): $35 billion.
PEAK FUNDING: $6.7 billion in 1966.

D. The Apollo Spacecraft:

Work began on the Apollo CSM in November 1961, when NASA selected North American as main contractor. Two 'boilerplates' were launched in 1964. Two Block-I CSM prototypes were launched on ballistic test flights in 1966; two more unmanned Block-Is flew on Saturn Vs in 1967/68. Fifteen manned Block-II (lunar orbit) spacecraft were launched in 1968-75, including three Skylab and one Apollo-Soyuz Test Project.

TOTAL COST: $17.5 billion.

PEAK FUNDING: $2.6 billion in 1966.

COST PER SPACECRAFT: $220 million.

The Apollo LM was conceived in June 1962 when NASA decided to use the lunar orbit rendezvous technique rather than land the CSM on the Moon. Grumman won the contract in September 1962. The first unmanned tests took place in Earth orbit in 1968 (Apollo 5, 6). Nine manned LMs were launched in 1969-72.

ESTIMATED COST: $2-3 billion.

TOTAL COST: $11 billion.

PEAK FUNDING: $2 billion in 1967.

COST PER SPACECRAFT: $170 million.

Although not part of the lunar program, the Skylab space station was nevertheless based on surplus Apollo hardware. The Skylab 1 laboratory cost about $7 billion, while the total cost of the three Apollo/Saturn IB flights to the station probably cost approx. $2 billion. Although NASA constructed two Skylabs, it could afford to launch only one of them. Launching the second would have cost only $1.1 billion, plus $1.3 billion for two 2-month Apollo missions in 1974-76.

ANCIENT ALIEN CITY FOUND IN GREENLAND.

Alien giant found buried in the side of a mountain

I can tell that I have found a city from ancient times or an alien underground city in Greenland and a 227 meter (745 feet) tunnel entrance to the Center of the Earth . I do not want to tell where it is at this time, because then I'm afraid of Google will delete it, as they do with everything "they think" that we should not see.

It seems strange, that when you find a lot things, that can not be from this earth, and tell other people, they look at you as if you're crazy.

And on the left side of the dam there is a building that is 24 meters wide (80 feet) and 51 meters long (168 feet) and 8.4 meter high (27.7 feet).

Really a piece impressive structure.
